1. Do I have to be a certain age?
You must be 18 to become a 1Touch™ Coach. There are no age limitations to become a student.
2. Do I need Martial Arts experience?
No, martial arts experience is not necessary. Most of the 1Touch™ coaches have no martial arts background.
3. What if I have multiple disabilities?
The program is adaptable for everyone!
4. What are the basic health requirements?
To become a coach the basic health requirements are to be able to undergo the 2.5 days of training. The training consists of standing for the majority of the time, but frequent breaks are given when needed.
5. Is 1Touch™ only for teachers of the visually impaired?
No, anyone can become a coach. If you visit our Coaches page you will see the variety of backgrounds that 1Touch™ coaches come from.
6. How do I become a certified coach?
Visit our events page and find the coaching certification course nearest you. Check back often as new events are always being added.
